Biography

Attorney Aleksandra Toroman diplomirala je na Pravnom fakultetu Univerziteta u Novom Sadu kao jedna od najuspešnijih studenata svoje generacije. Akademsko interesovanje usmerila je ka međunarodnom pravu i pravu Evropske unije, te je na istom fakultetu stekla zvanje master pravnika, odbranivši rad posvećen uticaju Savezne Republike Nemačke u okviru Evropske unije.

She continued her international academic experience in 2020 in Germany, where she attended the prestigious University of Applied Sciences for Business and Law She earned another master's degree in law in Berlin, with a special focus on the European Union's free trade agreements. She attended the program as a fellow of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, one of Europe's most prestigious foundations in the field of legal and social education.

Trenutno je doktorand na Pravnom fakultetu Univerziteta u Novom Sadu u oblasti međunarodnog javnog prava, gde kroz naučno-istraživački rad dodatno produbljuje znanje.

She began her legal career in 2018, and after her clerkship, she gained experience working with legal entities and individuals in several renowned law firms in Serbia ranked on the prestigious Legal 500 list. It was her early career in law, as well as her practice at the Basic and Higher Court in Novi Sad, that enabled the development of the unique approach to solving legal problems that we have offered to all our clients since the very founding of the Toroman law firm.

As the founder of the office, Aleksandra is a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina, the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), as well as other professional associations in the country and abroad. In June 2025, she was appointed as the Local Representative of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) for the Republic of Serbia, further confirming her active participation in the international legal community.

During 2024, she was on professional training in Bonn, where she deepened her knowledge of European Union law and the German legal system. She also enriched her professional experience in Germany through her work at the international law firm CMS in Düsseldorf, where she was engaged in the areas of commercial and labor law, as well as litigation.

She provides legal services in Serbian, English, and German. She honed her English skills through numerous international conferences and professional programs, while she mastered German through courses and daily work during her studies and professional practice in Germany.
