Our office provides legal protection to citizens whose fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated, whether it concerns the right to freedom of thought, religion, expression, assembly, or other fundamental constitutional rights. We approach each case individually, analyze whether a violation of guaranteed rights has occurred, and if so, take all available legal steps to ensure their protection and fulfillment.
When all other legal remedies have been exhausted, or when they are not available at all, we file constitutional complaints on behalf of our clients. These appeals are directed against specific acts and procedures of government authorities or institutions exercising public powers, which have violated human and minority rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Our team represents clients before the Constitutional Court, managing every aspect of the proceedings.
In situations where it is not possible to achieve justice through national protection mechanisms, we consider the possibility of applying to the European Court of Human Rights. We have experience in litigating before this court, particularly in cases concerning discrimination, abuse, violations of the right to a fair trial, and other serious human rights violations. Our goal is the effective protection of the dignity, rights, and freedoms of every individual, both at the domestic and international levels.
If you have any additional questions or if your rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia have been violated, please feel free to contact us by email: office@toromanlaw.com or via the contact form available on our website.
